Local Medical Goup
A local medical group with three remote locations was experiencing difficulty with voice communication, both with clients and internally. After researching bottlenecks in comunication and the cost centers associated with the current system, ACT designed and implemented a new SIP-based phone system, giving seamless abilities to local and remote locations, even as far away as Texas. On-site user training insured the success of the solution. We not only met the increased communication goals, but also were able to decrease overhead by thousands of dollars a month.

Local Manufacturing Firm
Control of previously unmanaged cost centers
We worked with a local manufacturing firm to give them control of their print production costs through our
HIGH BREED managed services program. They are now able to accurately see and manage costs associated with print production throughout their entire organanization and make competitive decisions accordingly.
We have been able to assist a national accounting firm by working with their in-house IT department on the firm's project design and implementation. They have realized lower implementation costs, shorter project times, and tighter integration of subsystems.
